Well we finally settled somewhere! It was amazing how it happened and I'm still pinching myself but we are in a new house that I easily call home. Leaving WA was hard but coming to ID has been easy. I am so very grateful for that, cause it could have been all sorts and shades of ugly. Within 5 days of being in ID we were moving in.
I'm beyond grateful really.
Our new place is a log cabin type home out in the country with alfalfa fields all around. We have a neighbor family with 8 kids who play with mine like they've known each other for decades and another neighbor that is a farmer who will disc me a garden next spring. We also are surrounded by horses. Dan is in heaven.
I get to watch the sunset every evening and the sunrise every morning. The sky is so blue and the wind blows everyday. Its rained less times than I have digits on my right hand...
We are humbled and continually thankful for our blessings.
