8 minutes in the morning

Jorge Cruise wrote a book about health and weight loss that he says works by excersizing for 8 minutes a day, in the morning, and then eating healthy as well. The premise being that muscles burn fat and tearing down and rebuilding muscles raises your metabolism so you can burn more fat and at a quicker pace. He also talks about eating good fats, omega 3's 6's and9's, and of course reducing your general caloric intake to healthy levels,

Frankly he had me at 8 minutes...
