In a months time I've lost almost 10 lbs.
I haven't been very consistent with the working out thing,
but I've really been careful about what I've been eating.
I cut out almost all sugar.
Stopped snacking after 9 pm.
Upping my intake of Omega 3's etc.
Also I've been making a real effort to get out of the house more, either going on walks or going to a friends house to work out.
I'm happy to report that it's working!
