Benjamin

This is a third in a series just about my individual children. Late but worth it I hope!

Our little Ben-ben is an amazing guy.  He was born at 5:30am, 5 mins after I arrived at the birth center.  Not sure why or how but his upper arm, his right humerus was broken when he was born.  But three weeks later he was perfectly healed!  He has always been a big eater, and still eats more than his big brother Isaac.  He and Isaac are best friends. Though they do plenty of fighting as well, they have so much fun together, riding their bikes outside, playing with sticks and rocks, chasing each other or making forts.

Though he is younger Ben is strong and won't take any crap from anyone.  His piercing screeches get everyone's attention, and his sqaure lip when he starts to cry is hilarious! He has no problem whatsoever with climbing drawer handles to get up to the counter and explore the contents of upper cabinets or shelves.  He loves sugar and salt, I have found him coated in sugar or hot cocoa mix or cinnamon sugar too many times to count.  He just takes handful after handful and shoves it in.  Which gives me a headache just to think about.
He's very good about going to sleep though. Whether its his nap or bedtime he's easy to put in bed and I'm thankful!  After a day of trying to keep up with him and Isaac, Mom appreciates her quiet time.  :)
