Hair cut?

Ok guys I'm gonna get my hair cut... and this makes me nervous... you see somehow I managed to get to my early thirties with out finding a hair "look" that I like. Maybe I'm fickle, maybe I'm too critical, maybe I have bad taste, or maybe I am not realistic with my hair type and looks that I want. Or maybe my hair keeps changing, (thank you my three kids), and so my styling of it is always off...Ok, almost always off... I have looked good a couple times this year. (Don't ask me when though.) My true belief is that its a combination of these things and a lack of effort on my part and my unwillingness to spend 50 bucks a month on a hair cut to keep it looking one way. I also like to change my style, (if you can call it that), and so I let it grow out until I know what I want to do next. Not very stylish and chic I know, but I give myself lots of leeway there cause I live in the hicks and I rarely leave my home town. (That last part felt very incriminating...) Anyhow I am trying to drudge up old pictures of me and different styles to let you know what I mean. Let's have a go.

Now you must realize most of these are the ones I kept, and tolerated cause I looked halfway decent. There are a couple that I threw in to show you the opposite side of the coin.
So here I am now wanting a change... Am I just a fickle idiot? My last post showed what I look like as of now... and this is the 'look' I am considering...Minus the hair coloring... I'm staying dark.




Sooooooo..... please tell me what you think. Though you may be too late...!
I may end up looking a lot like the pic above with me in the white and black striped shirt....hmmmmmm...
