We had spring break this last week.
I decided I wanted this one to be memorable.
SO...
I sat down with the kids and we planned out our week. I even put it into my google calendar, (which I LOVE, love, LOVE btw) It looked like this...
After our sweet outings we headed back home for a fun playdate with friends.
Tues was supposed to be our tulip festival day but we postponed it due to weather. Instead we changed it to our shopping day. Gid had some gift cards burning wholes. Claire had NO money to spend due to her recent life of crime. (we'll just say that any and all allowance of hers is going to Gid for the next few weeks.) But she still managed to have fun. 4 kids, 2 hours, one, and only one, store. Gid bought a nerf sword (yet another stabbing implement to monitor) and a movie. Which was a hit later on that night. After the store we picnicked at a park for a hour or so. The sun even made an appearance!
